Sugar Division

Sugar

Bindals sugar division is manufacturing sugar from double sulphitation process. Sugar is manufactured in three sizes and grades L-31, M-31 & S-31. Sugar bags are available in packaging of 50 kgs.

Bagasse – A Renewable Resource

Bagasse is a natural fiber extracted from sugarcane after juice extraction. At Bindals Papers, we transform this sustainable and biodegradable material into high-quality recycled paper, offering exceptional bulk and brightness for printing, photocopying, and various multipurpose applications. Our efficient bagasse utilization significantly reduces reliance on wood-based pulp, making our operations more environmentally responsible.

Organic Fertilizer – Enriching the Soil

Committed to a circular economy, we also process agricultural residues to create organic fertilizers. These fertilizers are rich in nutrients, enhancing soil fertility and promoting sustainable farming practices. By reintroducing organic matter back into the soil, we help improve crop yield while reducing dependence on chemical fertilizers.

Bio-Fuel – A Step Towards Clean Energy

At Bindals Papers Mills, we maximize resource efficiency by converting biomass residues, such as bagasse and other organic materials, into bio-fuel. This clean and renewable energy source reduces carbon emissions, making it a sustainable alternative to fossil fuels. Our commitment to bio-fuel production reflects our vision for an eco-friendly industrial process that minimizes waste and maximizes energy conservation.
