State-of-the-Art Pulping and Bleaching
Our pulp mill is equipped with the latest continuous digesters and chlorine dioxide bleaching technology, enabling us to produce high-brightness pulp with an ISO rating of 85% and above. This advanced technology not only ensures superior pulp quality but also contributes to the plant’s environmental sustainability by reducing chemical usage and waste generation. We use a raw material mix that is predominantly sourced from bagasse and straw, two renewable and eco-friendly materials that help lower our reliance on virgin pulp and contribute to our commitment to sustainability.
Chemical Recovery and Waste Treatment
Our chemical recovery section plays a key role in ensuring the efficient use of resources by recovering chemicals used in the pulping process. This significantly reduces the need for fresh chemicals and minimizes environmental impact. To further enhance our environmental responsibility, the plant features a modern effluent treatment plant (ETP) equipped with Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) technology. This system ensures that all wastewater is treated and fully recycled. Additionally, we have installed a Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant with a capacity of 4.4 MLD, which treats the final effluent, and the RO permeate is reused in the process, significantly reducing raw water consumption.

5 meters and an operating speed of up to 800
meters
per minute, this machine delivers high-quality paper with exceptional precision and
